my little sister 10 years old constantly gets head aches, i dont think they are serious and maybe wants attention!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.but my mom says it had something to do with her eyes or something, and yes she wears glasses, i want to know how to ease the head aches or how to helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have been getting migraines since I was 6, I feel for her!. Liquid Motrin, liquid tylenol and Ice packs at the back of the neck can help!. Follow directions on Motrin and Tylenol!. Leave the ice pack on for 10 minutes at a time!. Do not get in hot shower or tub, this can cause her to get dizzy!. If her eye glasses are up to date, then most likely they are not causing her headaches!. There could be something else, depending on how long she has been getting them!. If it is recent and she is about to begin her period this can be the cause!. Certain foods can cause headaches (chocolate, strawberries, etc), looking at a computer screen or video game too long or not getting enough sleep!. Her pediatrician should be told about this, to often young children are not believed when they say they get constant headaches!. I hope some of these ideas will help!. when she gets a headache, let her form a "mask" with her hands around her mouth and nose and let breathe in the air she breathes out!.!.!. if it gets better, then she has juvenile migraines!.
