Great Job!
It does get easier!. The first thing you have to do is replace your habit with something else!. Every time you would normally have a cigarette break, go outside and take a ten minute walk, eat an apple, drink some flavoured water!. It will give you something to do, and clear your head!. During this walk think about all of the positive things that this choice will bring you!. Breath deeply and with time you will notice the change in how easy it is to take a deep breath!. Think about the money you will save, you will have cleaner teeth, you will smell better, you will not have to clean dirty ash trays and will recover from illness more quickly!. Your skin will also look better and you can think about the next goal towards good health!.

If you do have to have one, force yourself to have the worst smelling strongest brand possible!. ( This worked for me as the difference between American brands from the Canadian ones I smoked really put me off)!.
Also, make sure you are eating well and getting enough vitamins!. Part of the craving is a vitamin deficiency ( especially in vitamin C which smoking drains from you)!. You might also try Smoke away!. It gives you all of the nutrients you need so that the cravings are not physical but only habitual!.
Think about your future and what roll a healthy you would play in it!. Think about all of things that you will be able to do once you have conquered this!. Think about how proud you and your family will be!. Move forward thinking only about your next goal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Congrats! I've tried to quit a few times myself but seemed to start again after a month or two!.!.Some things that might help are:

staying busy, keeping your hands busy, drinking lots of water (so the toxins flush out of your body quicker), find an oral substitute (ie: sunflower seeds, gum, mints, etc), Dairy products reduce your cravings a lot, tell everybody you know so they can cheer you on, rewarding your self as time passes, get rid of all and any smoking paraphernalia (ash trays, lighters, matches, etc!.)!.!.!.Hope these helped! Good Luck! =]]

P!.S!.-
Think about all the money you'll be saving!Www@Answer-Health@Com

DO MEDITATION, TRY TO travel inside the body through mind after sometime u feel so calm that time you have to give command to the MIND in PICTURE form (because mind doesnt know language so you have to IMAGINARY PICTURE form) that hereafter smoking habit should not enter inside my mind!. By doing again and again this mediation sure slowly smoking habit will go away!. whenever feel like to smoke have some Chocolate chewing gum or some snacks to change the mind!.
ALL THE BEST!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try and live your life as stress free as possible, stress is one of your worst enemies in picking the habit up again!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am very happy for you!. I really hope that you succeed in your progress!. I was actually going to post a related topic on HELP QUITING!.

I have personally been smoking since the age 11 and I am now 18 years old!. I have tried countless times to go cold turkey but it just doesn't work for me!.

Something you might want to give a try is punishing yourself when youre in the urge of smoking!. By NOT smoking!. That is the biggest punishment!. Also I would suggest to maybe, put a rubberband on your wrist and everytime you think of a cigarette, snap your wrist!.

In my case, i think about a cigarette every 45 mins to an hour!.!.!.Once that time comes I think about smoking, ALOT, ALOT ALOT untill I finally come to get a cigarette!.

Do NOT do this!. Snap yourself, and in my case I would have to snap myself numberous times, but the pain of snapping the rubberband should surely get your mind off smoking!.

Also, hanging out with people that smokes does not help either!. But if youre sincere about quiting, it might not just be a bad idea to hang out with them!. You will simply show them suprise to there eyes that youre not sparking up a cigarette while theyre, and could possibly be a good rolemodel to those!.

My best wishs for you and I really hope you do not break in!. Good Luck !!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
