Question: How to get rid of a stuffy nose !?!!?

hi :] !.!. my nose is all stuffed up & i need a way to get rid of it without using medicine!.

i dont have nasal spray either!.
& please don't say blow your nose!. i have been!.!.!.all day ! !.!.!.
