Question: Why do my hands swell overnight while I sleep!?
If I forget to remove my rings before I go to bed when I wake up my fingers are so swollen that it is very painful to remove my rings, if I even can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be water retention, though usually when you are in bed this can reduce the swelling!. Maybe arthritis in your finger joints perhaps!. High blood pressure is another possibility!. Are you eating too much junk food, that can cause swelling as most junk foods contain loads too much salt!. If the problem persists I would suggest going to your doctor to get to the root cause!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You may have too much salt in your body!. Try avoiding salty foods and including foods high in potassium!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
