Uhm, Out of date nyquil?!

Question: Uhm, Out of date nyquil!?

I've just taken two teaspoons of Nyquil before reading the expiration date on it, as I'm VERY sick with the cold at the moment!. Can barely breathe through my nose!.!.

It says expired June 2008!.

Is it dangerous!? Should I be worried!?
