Why am i sumtimes hungry?!
Question: Why am i sumtimes hungry!?
its really weird like for about a month im really hungry n ill b able to eat everything without getting full then the next month ill not feel hungry at all like a drink will fill me up for hours

Hmm I'm not sure!. I know for a month i lost my appetite, but that was because I was depressed, I hope you aren't depressed!. Just try to eat meals with a lot of nutrition and don't fill up on empty calories!. Then on your "hungry month" when you feel hungry but you know you just ate a meal, either eat an apple (those take a while to eat and really satisfy my stomach) or drink some water, and remember to eat nutritious food, It's the best for you and doesn't fill you with empty calories!. I can get like that sometimes, i have months where i eat everything in sight!. But this month i'm very picky and eating the same few foods over and over!.
I'm not on the injection, but i do believe it's hormonal!. Will see if it changes when i change my pill next month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have just recently came off the jag because started putting on a lot of weight cause of it because i was always hungry, i didnt have months when i wasnt hungry thoughWww@Answer-Health@Com
