Chondromalacia Patella (also known as CMP, Patello-femoral Pain Syndrome, or Runner's Knee) is a term for a large and disparate group of medical conditions that can cause pain at the front of the knee!. It is common in young adults, especially soccer players, cyclists, rowers, tennis players, ballet dancers and runners!. To put it in laymans terms it is the inflamation underlying a main joint for example the kneecap this is known as Chrondromalacia Patella!. I was diagnosed with it when I was 16 but went onto to play professional sport for many years!. Modern medicine works wonders!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
