I have trouble swallowing?!

Question: I have trouble swallowing!?
I have had a hard time swallowing for the past 4 years!. I am currently 20 years old!. It happens with anything (water or food)!. Once I eat or drink, the majority of the liquid or solid rest in my lower throat/upper esophagus until I have a large enough gulp of water to force it down!. I have been to several doctors and all say that it is acid reflux and to up my daily dosage of antacid!. No one has had the solution to the problem so I just live with!. It does not cause pain but is inconvenient and I show troubled facial expressions along with the inability to communicate verbally while trying to force the food/water down!. Accompanied with the trouble swallowing I have the ability to regurgitate liquid or liquified food without sticking my finger down my throat!. Also a foam like substance develops in my lower throat/upper esophagus on occasion and I regurgitate because it feels like it constricts my throat!. Pretty messed up! I figured someone on here has the knowledge of this problem and maybe the ability to help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You haven't found the right doctor!. Have you been to a gastroenterologist!? You must get a proper diagnosis!. Please see a gastroenterologist!. If you have the type of insurance where you need a referall, go to a different primary!. S/He might be able to help!. If not, have him recommend a good specialist!.
If a gastro guy can't help you, then you must see a psychiatrist!. Not because of a mental illness!. That's an old stigma!. Shrinks (easier to say and spell!) are the smartest doctors!. They do an extra 4 years of schooling, and just know more about everything!. I know this from experience, and LOTS of other's experiences!.
You're only 20! You have your whole life ahead of you!. You have to get this problem fixed! Do not give up! Please do just as I said, and this mystery will be figured out!. OK!?!? Good!. This is the same advice I'd give my son!. Please don't blow me off!. I know what I'm talking about!.

Bless you, and you will get well soon!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have had the same problem from acid reflux disease!. If you are taking Nexium (or what ever medication you are taking) you have to be persistent and make sure to take that pill at every recommended dosage or else it doesn't work to it's fullest!. I tried doing that the wrong way for 2 months and still had ARD!.

I had the same problem with swallowing and it always felt like it was a huge mouthful when it really wasn't!. It's just that the esophagus is damaged and there could be some temporary scar tissue there!. Now, I am no doctor and this is only my theory, but I think when you get Acid Reflux bad like that, it almost causes you to have more feeling there!.

Eventually it will go away, but keep up with the meds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
