Answers:
Since its been over 6 hours use heat, no matter what people tell you!.
Sitting in ice might numb you to make you feel better but doesn't do anything if you wait to long, once you wait to long(6 hours) use heat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

most of the time for strains or for pulling something heat is the best!.
Ice is more for swelling and such!.

Heat relaxes the muscles and helps them stretch more!.

a helpful hint: instead of stretching before game, do warm-ups!.

muscles work like Tupperware!. if you put it in the freezer its hard to stretch!.!.!.but if you put it in the microwave that heats it to help stretch it!. (think muscles in this case)Www@Answer-Health@Com
