For blackheads i will get a treatment cream but scabs and scars heal on there own time and can't be sped up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You wont heal faster but put some kind of topical cream on so that the scabs are as unoticable as possible!. Neosporin or what ever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
