Question: Do you think I have a good chance to grow taller!?
My mom is 5' 3" and my dad is 5' 6"!. Im a 15 year old male and im 5'8" taller than everyone in my family!. Do think i can be at least 5' 10"-11" by the time im an adult!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Males grow till age 25!. Females till age 19!. Your height does depend a lot on your parent's heights, as well as THEIR parent's!.
Eat lots of protein and veggies!.
Drink 3 glasses of any kind of milk a day!.
Running is good, but for some reason basketball is the winner!.
Yes, I do believe that you can be 5'10-11"!.

im kind of like this as well!. it really depends on genetics!. Some times there is a particularly tall gene somewhere in there that will make you tall (for me its my mom's dad) so know one can really say!. ask your parents!. or, try talking with a doctor!.
Mine said i was supposed to grow to be around 6' 1" (i kinda hate being tall though to be honest, especially since all of my friends are short hahaha)
im sure you still have some growing in you though!. your only 15!. you might at least get another inch!.

Yeah you can still grow!!! Everybody grows differently!. At 15 i was 5"8 and im 5"10 now!. just sleep alot, excercise, stretch out, eat a good diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Males usually grow up until theyre about 18 or 19!. So unless your family grows fast then stops at an early age, (mine kind of does but thats not very common) you will grow taller :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
