What are the side-effects of lack of sleep?!


Question: What are the side-effects of lack of sleep!?
How can I tell whether I'm getting enough sleep or not!? What IS enough sleep!? Please, tell me what you know about the relation between health and rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

An adult should be getting around 8 hours of sleep a night to be healthy!. But there is never time to get that much sleep in the day (for most people)!. I usually can function on 6 hours!. If you feel very fatigue in the middle of the day or constantly drinking coffee to keep yourself away then you know you didn't get enough sleep!. Maybe try to fit in a 1 hour nap!. Your body will slow down and not have enough energy if you don't get enough sleep!. (I don't know the real health concerns, sorry)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Seriously, though, nobody can say what is "right" for you in terms of any bodily function, including sleep, diet, exercise, and even toilet habits!. Your body will tell you when it needs sleep, so chill, and enjoy life!

7-9 hours is enough sleep, in relation in health you will be tired, not that active, sometimes grumpy, noisy will easily irritate you, children can irritate you!. and to much sleep will make you groggyWww@Answer-Health@Com

u get to knw if hav good sleep or nt by ur felling , if u fell refreshed u hav got good amount of sleep !. may b 8 hours , thats what my medical profession thought me !. a good health can be got by balancing work and rest !. and a stress free mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
