Question: Will this help at all!?
So I want to take a diuretic but what will the results be!? I have been swelling up a little in my hands, face and feet and I do belive Im retaining water will the diuretic help me with that problem I should add that Im in good health and have no problems health wise my mom tells me Im swelling up because I eat to much salt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, your mother is right!. Eating too much salt can cause swelling!. as ditto with prolonged sitting and long rides in cars!. Try elevating your legs!. Use ace bandages!. Diuretics have to be ordered by doctors!. But they will result in frequent and increased amts of urination!. And you have to be watched closely for electolyte imbalance!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
