Question: I have a friend who is really sick! pleas help!!?
she felt out of breath, then when she was thinking her head started to hurt and she cant get up and she feels like throwing up, please help!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If her insurance has something like a 24-hour Urgent Care, take her there!. Otherwise, it's the ER at the hospital!. If she doesn't want to go, maybe a good night's sleep is all she needs!.!.
Call 311 and tell them what's going on!. They're like 911, but not for emergencies!. They'll guide you!.
