Question: Ugh i feel so nasty!. help please!?
Okay well lately i've just been feeling gross!. I've been super busy with school and studying for PSAT's and I haven't had the time to eat right or wok out!. I need like a whole body cleanse or detox or something!. I've been getting really bad acne and my face is greasy!. It's disgusting, i just feel so nasty!. I read about like a drink of Cajun pepper lemonade or something, is that to help clean out the impurities!? Does anybody know anything to help me feel better!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. Healthy Diet and exercise!. Period!. Nothing else will work and you may end up hurting your health!.
Shower every day and use a good non-pore clogging facewash!. Eat a healthy breakfast everyday as it gets your metabolism going!. I usually do a piece of fruit and a granola bar or yogurt!. Be sure to eat three meals a day and make healthy choices when doing so!. Be sure to exercise at least 3 times a week (every day if possible) even if it is just a 30 minute brisk walk!.
The cajun pepper thing is complete garbage and does nothing but rob your body of nutrients and will leave you feeling worse!. There isn't a real Doctor out there that says the cleansing products do anything positive except make money for the person you bought it from!.
Eat a lot of fiber is the only way to "cleanse"!. your digestive system will clean itself!. If you cannot eat foods high in fiber use a supplement such as benefiber!.

One thing you can do is just fast for a day and just drink water!.!.!.8 glasses!?!. Don't worry, if it's only for a day it's not life-threatening!. And don't forget to take a shower in the morning or night, and wash your face in the morning or night (whatever time you don't shower)!. Wash face only twice a day!.
