Help im always sad!!!!!!!!!!?!

i get real mad and sad, like i heard that my best friend was in the hospitale, and we were going to date, and i was like i hate him im never going to date him and im never talking to him again, and i dont no why the heck i thought that! then i started listening to music and started crying, and i never cry!!! help i dont know what wrong with me, i just cant stop! and were fighting who loves each other more and it makes me cry more, and if some one says something that a joke and get really mad, and im always jelous over stupid things!!
