I am having Problems sleeping?!


Question: I am having Problems sleeping!?
I am 13, Tall, Blonde, 5'9 1/2, and a volleyball player!. and I'm home schooled!. I train everyday and I am so tired when I get home!. I do my normal routine Dinner, shower, do the rest of my homework, sometimes read!. But when I try to go to bed, even if i trained for 5 hours that day I still wake up at least 4 times!. And I'm never in good peaceful sleep!. This has been going on for like a week! Im so tired at practice and the whole dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you think you're having trouble falling asleep or staying asleep here are some foods to natually help you sleep:

-bananas
-warm milk
-turkey meat

these three foods contain an amino acid (building block of protein) called typtophan which causes sleepiness naturally!

and avoid exercising before you go to bed

Look at your diet and life style!. Then change it! !.!.!. Try to learn to relax!. reading is not relaxing! your mind is working overtime picturing the words you read and putting them into a "in head movie" !.!. try taking a while to just relax !.!. practice deep breathing exercises !.!.!. are you worried about anything !? school or sports !?
stay clear of caffine based drinks coffee tea coke etc!.
Eat a banana 10 mins before bed !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to make sure you eat all the right foods, and if the condition persists, see your doctor and explain this to them!. they may be able to give you sleeping tablets, or at least tell you which ones from over the counter work!. Good Luck xxxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

i take these sleepy pills (melatonin i think it is called) from Trader Joe's!. they taste yummy and they work! :D
