Question: Does any one know where I can find information on sonographer/physician ethics and legal guidelines!?
In other words, I need documentation stating that it is not sonographer's duty to give patients result-it's the physician's!. One wants to tell me I'm responsible for telling a patient that they have a fetal demise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nope!.!.!.!.it's not your responsibility to give out diagnosis!. You are not a doctor after all and this is not your training!. So I would not argue with foolish people and let them think what they want to think!. It's actually against your protocols/policies at your work place!. Check this out first and then maybe go to the boards of doctors and seek more info if needed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
