If a 24 year old man got a 17 year old girl pregnant, is that considered rape, even if he didn't force her to have sex with him!?

He's prob fine but i dont know the laws of your state, she is over 16 though and 17 is the legal consenting age for girls, boys are 18, he could be in trouble if she says it wasnt consensual though or if her parents decide to try and press charges for statutory rape but there are all kinds of technical details that get involved with stuff like that, i wish him all the best though its a tough situation!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Legally yes because she is under 18 and he is older than her by 6 years!. But I personally think no, if he didn't force it at 17 people already know what they are doing and they know the consequences of their actions, whether they choose to ignore them is their business!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Technically, yes it is considered rape!. It doesn't matter if your brother forced her or not if she is under 18!. She is still a minor and even if she initiated the sex your brother would still be at fault!. I'm sorry but hopefully he can work something out with her parents!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
