Question: Exposed to electric fan for a long time can cause colds!?
i sleep w/ an electric fan on, and it doesn't directly hit me, but part of the air hits me!.!.!. when i wake up in the morning, i get body aches and my nose feels so dry!.!. is this because of exposing myself to the electric fan for a long time!? and usually i keep sneezing because of that dry feeling in my nose!.!. how to avoid this!?
have you tried that feeling when you are sleeping in an air-conditioned room and u don't use your blanket!? when you wake up in the morning your nose is very dry and a little painful!? that's the feeling i get!.!.

how to avoid colds overall!?!?!? i take vitamin c already!.!.

and lasty, can a mini-electric fan/desk fan get easily overheated!? like after how many hours will it overheat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is probably allergies not a cold!. The fan blows around dust, pollen, and dander as well as air and can irritate your sinuses!. Also it may just be dryness!. You can buy a humidifier for your room and see if that helps!. I sleep with a fan on all night, it shouldn't overheat unless it is old!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could be dust(you could be sensitive to dust)!. but I think its lack of humidity!.

to avoid colds!. you shud stay in warm place or humid warm or juz dry yourself before expose yourself to cold

hrmm mini fan!.!.!.!.it doesnt overheat usually if you provide it a perfect airing so heat can go out of its motor!.

You don't catch a cold from being cold!. It's a myth!. You wake up with a dry nose because your room lacks humidity!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
