Question: How many times a day is normal for toilet visits (nr!. 2)!?
I have this friend who goes to the toilet for number 2 on average 3 times a day!.!.!.sometimes up to 4-5 times a day, farts a lot too!. I think he has a problem he thinks he has a healthy bowel system!. How many times would you say is normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

He probably eats a lot of fiber, which is good since most American diets are lacking fiber!. I'd say it's better to go more than less lol I mean!.!.!.whatever he's letting out, would you rather he keep it stored someplace inside!?!

He's right, he does have a healthy bowel system, because the more times a day you go "number 2" the more toxins are getting realesed oout of your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
