go to the mall and try on clothes until you find that one fabulous piece of clothing that makes you look amazing and just buy it, this always helps!. put that frown upside down and feel better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah i'm feeling blah right now too, i'm about to have some hot green tea and hop on my stepper for a 20min!. workout that usually works for me =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I will a hot cup of tea and snack that I like, crawl under my blanket, watch a movie or some nice programs on TV that will make me laugh!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
