Following the oral administration of a 70 mg dose of radiolabeled lisdexamfetamine dimesylate to 6 healthy subjects, approximately 96% of the oral dose radioactivity was recovered in the urine and only 0!.3% recovered in the feces over a period of 120 hours (5 days)!.
So while the effects of "Adhd medications" may seem to wear off in early evening on the day you take it and the medication is mostly excreted in your urine during the first couple of days, some may remain for as long as 5 days!.
