You'll have plenty of time to decide on a specialty while you're in medical school and doing your residency!. Every doctor-in-training gets the chance to work in every major area of medicine, so you'll actually get to try out different specialties!.
Your language skills will be a huge bonus in your profession!. And doctors can travel and practice all over the world if they wish, especially if they volunteer to give charity health care to the poor!.
