Dehydration problem...?!


Question: Dehydration problem!.!.!.!?
when ever i do exercise i get dehydrated really easily, i know the reason is because my body is losing fluid through sweating but even if my exercising isn't intense every five minutes i will be drinking almost 500mls of water!. i have a race soon so i don't want to have to be drinking all the time how can i improve this so i don't get dehydrated quickly!?

sorry man, but water maybe the best solution for your problem!. consider yourself lucky, some guys are losing body fluids easily (without them knowing it, unlike you)!. because it they lose water without realizing it, their body just breaks down without warning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
