The local pharmacy or health food store should have iron supplements, however, please Only take iron pills if directed by the family doctor (after routine blood test) as too much iron can cause damage to the liver among other problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Any chemist !.!.!. no prescription needed!. Check for added vitamins in the iron tablets 'cos if you're already taking vitamin supplements you can end up taking too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
