Yes, headaches are a common side effect of Lexapro!. The only over the counter drug for headaches is Tylenol,( which isn't that great!)!. I have to take Depakote for seizures, and Tylenol is all I can take too without a prescription!.

You need to talk to your doctor!. I was on Lexapro about 7 years ago, right when it was being distributed and I had a lot of problems with it!. I quit taking it myself and then talked to the doctor and got put on something else!.

I've been on Lexapro for a year and a half but never had bad headaches!. I would advise that you contact the doctor or a pharmacist since no one can answer this properly without knowing the medicines (unless the person is a doc or pharmacist)Www@Answer-Health@Com
I took Lexapro a couple of years ago and don't recall having headaches!. If you are having migraines, you should talk to your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
