Early wakers please advise!?!


Question: Early wakers please advise!!?
this isn't so health-orientated, but I couldn't think of where do put my question!.

I am not an early bird, but I want to wake up at 6 tomorow morning!.!.!.pretty amibitious for me in termtime!.

I do not have an alarm clock, as I cannot sleep with the ticking, but I might try one!.

I usually go to bed quite late for a school girl, and the time I get up varies from 7 to 8 (I am very lucky in that respect, I am the last person picked up on my bus)!.

How do I go about this!? When should I go to bed!? How shall I get to sleep (it takes me forever usually)!? How do I wake up on time!? Shall I just bear the alarm clock!?

Normally I wake up before the alarm go off, being a typical type A person!. If I have less important agenda, I don't set an alarm, and I usually wake up early enough for the occasion!. For I've learned to trust my body clock over the years!. But if I have more serious appt, I still have my alarm on, just for a back up!. All of my newer alarm clocks are quiet w/ choice of music, and different sounds!.

To answer your question, I'd take a walk a couple of hours before your bed time, it will tire you pleasantly!. Or meditation if you practice it regularly, it usually puts me to sleep!. Avoid watching TV, stay way from exciting events, turn the phone off, just answering mode if you can, provide your bedroom more inducive for sleep, low light in the evening hours!. Reserve your bedroom as a sanctuary just for sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you use a digital clock, it won't tick!. Or you could use a cell phone!. You should shoot for 7-8 hours of sleep, so if you want to get up at 6, you should go to sleep between 10:00 and 11:00!. Maybe 9:30 since it takes you a while to fall asleep!. Try reading a book in bed to help you get sleepy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your mobile has a alarm, to get up early you need to try and get to bed earlier for starters, theres all sorts of techniques to get to sleep , look up net, once you get into a routine you will start getting up before your alarm, Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree to use the Mobile Phone as an Alarm!.

My key to waking up early is to get directly into the shower!.!.!. that way I don't lay down and can start the day feeling refreshed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
