My shoulder blade feels swollen?!

Question: My shoulder blade feels swollen!?
For the past week I have noticed that my right shoulder blade feels like it is swollen or pokes out more than my left one!.!.and I've never noticed this before!. Could something be wrong!?
Last week, I painted my bedroom and got really sore from doing so much work, could that possibly be the culprit!? (I'm not really sore anymore, though)
It's really annoying and I'm obsessing over it!.!.!.there is no pain, it just feels swollen!. Any ideas of what could be wrong!?
Thanks in advance!

ALSO- I'm right handed, if that helps any!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
In some instances the scapula (shoulder blade) becomes "winged" and pokes out a little further than normal because the muscles around it (the scapula) are weak!. This may also occur if there is some damage to the nerves that help those muscles contract!. However, this is probably not the case because you didn't really do anything that would damage the nerves, especially since there is no pain!. So, I would have to agree with the other comment that the result is probably from the painting that you did and those muscles, which may not get used very often, are a little inflamed!. Try some heat and ice alternation to help relax the muscles and stretch them as best as possible!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your scapula (shoulder blade) is probably just inflamed from painting, it'll go away in less then a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think if you dont get better after a few days you could rest it or go to a doctor Www@Answer-Health@Com
