How do you prevent constipation?!


Question: How do you prevent constipation!?
I have constipation problems and literally have to take laxitives all the time in order for me to go to the bathroom, does anyone know of any natural solutions that can make me more regular because this is a constant issue and taking laxitives all the time is something I rather not do!. in fact I've become somewhat immune to them and have to take double the regular dosage in order for it to work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Plenty of fiber is what you need and that means more fruit and vegetables and bread, cereals, pasta and rice!. Plenty of water and exercise also helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't take laxatives on a regular basis, because it's really dangerous!. your colon gets thinner the more you use them and you have the possibility of getting kidney stones!.
there are so many natural ways to help you go more often!. you can take a juice called Goji 100, or a psyllium husk colon cleanser, or benefiber, which is tasteless!. i think the best thing you should use is called fruit- eeze!.

p!.s!. you'll recover from taking laxatives for a long term, but you may get constipated from around 1- 3 days!. if you have to, throw the laxatives out to avoid taking them again!. remember, laxatives are only for occasional constipation!.

Eat one large apple a day, every day!. If that doesn't work, eat two apples!. Trust me!. That whole "an apple a day keeps the doctor away" isn't lyin' when it comes to the poop-works!.

Flax seed is also good!. If you DO need a laxative, drinking a full glass of warm water with a tablespoon of epsom salt is the natural (and highly effective) way to go!. If you need stool softeners, swallow two tablespoons of olive oil!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Benefiber is a good source of fiber!. You put in something to drink or sprinkle it on your food!. It has no gritty stuff in it!. It completely dissolves!. Also, you should stayaway from cheese and bananas!. They are very binding if you are having a problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i take miniral oil cuz i have the same problem u take it every time after u poop alot the onlyy thing is uou will have orange oil on ur butt while u poop but u just need extra tolet paper then lol seriously it works
