Im getting trails? even when im not high?!

Question: Im getting trails!? even when im not high!?

well i get high every so often and i get trails really bad [like i see things in trails like how you can set a comtuper mouse to have trails!.!.!.!. its like that] and for the past cuple of nights i'll wake up in the middle of the night and ill have trails!.!.!. it seems like im high but im sober!

I've never heard them called trails before!. But I get them all the time!.!.!. especially if I have taken certain medications!. Ambien, Benadryl, and other medications that make me sleepy all do it!. Also, I have insomnia!.!.!. and when I have been awake for a number of hours, I get them!.
