I have a huge appetite and I'm taking the SAT. What foods should I eat to ke!
Question: I have a huge appetite and I'm taking the SAT!. What foods should I eat to keep me going!?!!?
This is my second time taking the SAT because I got extremely distracted by my hunger pains the first time!
I can't go more than 2 hours without eating SOMETHING!. One hour after a huge meal, my stomach growls!. A little later, I get sharp pains in my stomach and throughout my body!. I try to eat by then!. If I don't, I start to feel faint, and then I might actually faint!.
The SAT takes 4 hours, with only a couple 5 minute breaks and one 10 minute break!. I have to be ready by 8am!.
What should I eat for breakfast and during my 5 minute breaks to keep me going!? Keep in mind that these foods need to be quick to eat and won't have bad side effects (ie gas)!.
I tried protein bars during breaks last time and I ate eggs, toast, fruit, orange juice for breakfast!. About 2 hours into the test I was so dizzy that I had to stop testing!. Dizziness isn't healthy!.
This is the longest test I have ever taken and I won't allow my hunger to get in the way of a good score!
