Headaches daily? ?!

Question: Headaches daily!? !?

I get headaches everyday and they are really painful! I have to take paracetamol and ibuprofen and stuff!. Im twelve years old!.!.!.girl!. I would just like to know if anyone would maybe know a reason for this!? Please help! Got one now =[

Do you drink enough water!? Do you eat lots of sugar!? Usually if you eat and drink sugary stuff it dehdrates you and can get severely bad headaches!. Try drinking more water and cut out alot of sugary stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you ever had your eyes tested!? Sometimes headaches are caused by eyestrain!.
Tension can cause headaches, it is the most common cause!.
Allergy sometimes does too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree with cutting out sugar and drinking more water, better to be safe than sorry too and I would recommend making an appointment with the doctor!.
