Question: What helps to calm an upset stomach!?
Besides tea!.!.!.!.tea is not helping me!. :[

Ginger is good for stomach upset and overall digestion!. Our parents used to give us Vernors brand ginger ale as it used to be made with real ginger, but it's only available in some states!.

Get some ginger root (very cheap) and grate about a teaspoon into a cup and pour hot water over it, making a tea!. Strain it and add honey to taste!. Ginger is very strong, so a tsp may be too much!. You can also make several cups, cool it and add juice or honey to sweeten it, making it an ice tea!. Can add green or other herbal tea to taste!.

I have heard milk calms the stomach!. Also, crackers help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Water or milk!. Besides that, just relax and try to mentally calm it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try saltine crackers and sprite or 7-up!. not sure if one is better than the other!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
