I guess technically it COULD!.!.!. but it would be VERY rare!. If you never ever pooped and your bowels were so full of stool!.!.!. you could possibly perforate your intestinal wall!.!.!.and if you didn't get to surgery fast enough!.!.!. you'd die!. Usually it would take weeks for that to happen!.!.!.but after weeks of not pooping, you'd have to come to the hospital to get cleaned out!.!.!. AND you'd be in extreme pain!.! :)

In the long term it can, because the impaction can lead to intestinal obstruction and the absorption of toxins can cause colon cancer (and many lesser things)!.

Absolutely, eventually if you can't poop your intestines will become full and you will start throwing up everything along with poop and it will eventually be fatal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
