Question: Help! had to paint something for three hours with a horrible paint that gave me a headache!?
the headache is off and on and now i think i'm going to throw up
it has been at least six hours since i last breathed it in!. how can i get it out of me w/o throwing up!? anyting i can eat/drink that gets it out of me!? help i feel so sickWww@Answer-Health@Com

I am so sorry to hear of this!. You can try this remedy that I use when I get a bad headache:
Put three drops of pure essential oil of lavender in a bowl of steaming water!. Cover your head with a towel and inhale the steam for a few minutes!. Have a hot shower, drink a glass of half grape juice mixed with half tonic water (its not bad, quite nice really) and go lie down in a dark room for at least an hour!.
