What can i do to get rid of my Stress?!


Question: What can i do to get rid of my Stress!?
It is my first year at college!. i didn't know what to expect!. lately i have been overwhelmed with stuff here!. when i get stressed i tend to become nervous, frustrated, and angry!. one thing that don't help is one of my teachers treats me like crap!. in that class i dont really know alot about the subject!. when im working with someone i watch to see how he does whatever we are doing at that time!. my teacher would sometimes make some comments to me that i dont appreciate!. lately that has been my main trigger of stress and that if this keeps going i could end up doing something i regret!. what should i dot o get rid of this stress!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

YOU SEEM TO BE RATHER OVERWHELMED BY THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE OF BEING IN COLLEGE, WHICH CAN BE A SIGN THAT YOU ARE LACKING A BIT OF SELF CONFIDENCE AS YOU ARE WATCHING THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU TO SEE WHAT THEY ARE DOING INSTEAD OF ACTING ON YOU OWN IDEAS!. REMEMBER TO GET TO COLLEGE IN THE FIRST PLACE YOU NEEDED TO GET GOOD GRADES, WHICH YOU DID! SO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF BECAUSE YOU ARE AT COLLEGE TO BE SOMEBODY AND NOT SOMEONE!. AS REGARDS TO YOU'RE TUTOR TELL THEM IN CONFIDENCE THAT HIS OR HER REMARKS ARE AFFECTING YOU'RE ABILITY TO STUDY AS IT IS MAKING YOU TENSE AND NERVOUS OR SIMPLY TELL THEM AFTER CLASS ON THERE OWN THAT YOU COULD DO WITH A LITTLE EXTRA HOMEWORK!. THEY MIGHT APPRECIATE YOU'RE WILLINGNESS TO WORK, AND REMEMBER MOST OF ALL BELIEVE IN YOU'RE SELF AND HOLD YOU'RE HEAD UP HIGH AND SHOW THE WORLD WHO YOU ARE,GOOD LUCK IN YOU'RE STUDIES AND DONT WORRY YOU WILL BE SOMEONE!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to remember that your paying the teacher for your education!. And if she isn't teaching you properly or is harassing you in any way, report it to the headmaster!.

About the stress, it's your first year of college!. It's bound to happen!. Make up some kind of shuedule, for study, eating, break time!. If there is a course that you know enough about, trying dropping it so you can concentrate more on other classes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

-Smoke marijuana!. (not a good long term strategy)
-Meditate
-Breathing techniques!.
-Reduce stimuli that create stress, or develop an avoidance to stress provoking stimuli or situations!. (avoidance, is a terrible long term strategy)

+Healthiest and easiest way to lower stress is to EXERCISE!!!! Don't underestimate exercise, the natural release of endorphins can do wonders for anxiety and stress levels, and definitely boost your self confidence!

speak to your teachers, confront them!. Unless your creating trouble in the classroom, then they should most certainly sympathize with you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
