I imagine human meat is somewhat like bear meat, since we are both omnivores, and have a considerable amount of fat and muscle on us!. One pound of cooked bear meat contains the following:
Calories: 717
Fat: 37g
Cholesterol: 271mg
Protein: 90g
Calcium: 1%
Iron: 165%

Mainly though the nutritional value of a human would be based on its diet, if the human was overwieght and unhealthy, they would have a high fat and cholesterol content!. While a slim, trim vegan would most likely supply and healthier snack!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
