I don't!.
I don't get up in the morning!. I don't like going to sleep, so I stay up all night & then don't wake up until mid-afternoon on a good day!. If you sleep 8 hours a day, you'll have slept a solid 10 years for every 30 years alive!. So!.!. for all those who hit 60 and sleep an 8 hour average, you've really only been awake for 40 years of your life!. Lovely!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It changes all the time!.
On a school day I wake at seven and on a school night generally go to bed at around ten if I have a test the next day or early to read if i don't!.
On the weekends I generally wake around eight on a saturday and six on a sunday and go to bed on all weekend nights at around eleven/twelve!. On holidays it is so varying that I cannot even pinpoint one timeWww@Answer-Health@Com
