How to be a more efficient human being?!


Question: How to be a more efficient human being!?
Anyone know any ways, technologies, or theories on how to do things quicker/better!? Like read faster, learn quicker, sleep less, stay more focused, better memory, etc!.

Sorry, pretty vague question I know, but I'm always looking to improve myself!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all we all have our own speed of learning certain things!. Lack of sleep will not help you improve in anything!. Lack of sleep is what causes us to not learn as we do not focus if we are tired!.

For the most part as the saying goes practice makes perfect!.
What you enjoy doing the most will most likely be what you do the best because you are more focused on it and enjoy it!.

However,the more you learn the more interesting things become and learning will become easier!.

Read lots of books, go to lectures in what you are interested in, watch documentaries!. Grab whatever there is to improve yourself!.

Another thing is pay attention to priorities!. If you get things done when you are supposed to then you will have time to focus on the things you need in your life to improve!. If you set yourself up so that you are constantly running to get last minute things done all the time then that will set you back in your goals!.Don't waste time on useless endeavors and do not let people waste your time either!. Get an early start on each day, Take care of priorities- chores, school, work or whatever needs to be done!. Start hanging out with people who you admire and who can offer what you are wanting to learn!.

Aknowlege that you're not perfect (like my spelling!)!. Then try you're best!. To be physically better, eat lots of veggies, fish and drink green tea and lots of water!. This can lower toxin levels in your body and make you healthier and function (physically) better!.

For mental efficiency, read lots of books!. C!.S!. Lewis's teacher who was a great theological and analytical thinker suggested that for every three new books you read, you should read an old one!. This has proved to be very insightful! It's like talking to someone from the past!

Also, in order to stay focused, you WILL need to get lots of sleep!. I don't think there is any way around that one! Lol!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only way to become more efficient is to go natural!. Sleep earlier, drink lots of water, and eat right!. Not only will this make you think faster, but you'll live longer and have a better memory!.

Technologies and medicines are not always the best way to go!. You can cause trauma to your system and/or make your whole human self worse!. Good luck!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Learn Quicker: Discovery Channel, History Channel, Study!.
Sleep Less: Alarm Clock!.
More Focused: Pay Attention, get off the computer, dont drive and text/chat!.

Learn quicker, try an online test to check which way you learn better!.
Sleep less, no way you have to have at least 7-8 hours!.
