Not as prescribed because they are very addictive!. I am supposed to take them 3 times a day, I take them twice a day!. If I start having a problem and need a third dose I will take it but my Doctors know I don't take it as prescribed and they are cool with that!. They know that I know my body better than they do and they know I don't want to become addicted to the meds so they give me enough for 3 times a day just in case I need it more than twice a day!. In the beginning I had to take it 3 times a day but I stopped that dosage when I was doing ok on twice a day!. I still have days I need it 3 times but they are few and far between!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
nearly always, I have a container with 4 compartments for each day and I fill it up once a week and keep it in the bathroom!. I may forget breakfast but never my shower LOL!. Now if I could just figure out a way to remember to take my insulin 4 times a day, every day I would be all set!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I was diagnosed with asthma at 11 years old!. I didn't used to take my meds properly, and I wish I did!. Back then I was only on the lowest amounts and now I am on really strong stuff!. I take my condition more seriously now, and take it when I am supposed to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
