Question: I tried to swallow a pill and it got stuck!?
i have to take this pill that i got for a cold i had and its pretty big so i break it in half(its scored) and i always have a really hard time taking it!.so like 5 minutes ago i tried to take the first half and when i swallowed it(on my 6th try) it hurt really bad,like i swallowed a razor and it felt like it got stuck in my throat!.i drank some more water and it stopped hurting on like the 3rd swallow but i can still kinda feel it!.how can i get it away its bothering me a lot!.help please!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

uggg i hate wen that happend i have to take a pill 2 qansd my mom got this nasty cool mint flavor so mine didnt go all the way dow and it tasted like mint witch made it 10x worse it took like 30-60 min for it to disolvejust do sumthing to get ur mind off it i know its hard but just try not to tink of it and drink water take big swallows without water to best of luck : DWww@Answer-Health@Com
With all the water you said you drank the pill is in your stomach!. What you feel is the irritation in your throat from the jagged edge of the pill!. It will go away!. I hope you feel better!Www@Answer-Health@Com
