Ate too much greasy oily food!?!


Question: Ate too much greasy oily food!!?
Ugh! I made Enchiladas and Sopapillas and now I feel really yucky like I had way too much grease!. Is there anything I can do (besides hurl) to kind of COUNTERACT or dilute the oil in my system!?

Not only did I eat it but I'm really new to the whole cooking concept and I'm just WEARING the oil all over my face neck chest and arms!. (So is my kitchen)!. I just feel like a disgusting grease ball of gloppy gloop! Any advice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink some tea one of the main reasons asians drink tea after a meal for yum cha is it helps break down the oil they digested!.

Next time while cooking don't put the flame up too high as it has a higher chance of splattering and also wait for the pan /pot to dry before adding the oil in or it will splatter if there's water mixed in!.

When adding an ingredient to fry into oil, put it all in one go eg when frying onions put the whole lot in rather than little bits at a time this will lower the temp on the pan and also help cover the oil that may splatter!.
Keep the lid for the pan handy and partly cover the pan to help stop the splatters going everywhere
