I went to a party the other night and smoked some crack-cocaine!. I need to get a blood test for my doctor for other medical reasons!.!.!.!.!.can the crack be picked up in my blood tests!? If so, how long does it stay in my blood stream!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anyways, to answer the question, I would put off the blood test as long as you can!. I have not seen a clear answer to a blood test limit, but other users that are more than likely inexperienced at knowing the cut-off limit say 4-5 days for cocaine, or crack!. However, as little as I know, I'm sure the doctor cannot mention anything about finding cocaine or its metabolite benzoylecgonine in your blood!. Just put it off as long as you can, and be careful with cocaine!. I love to hate it, way too destructive and addictive!.

well, yes your blood test will show the presence of the cocaine, it can take from a month to two months for the drug to be out of your system!. the good news is you can enjoy your patient doctor confidentiality so getting in trouble should not be a worry, but expect a tounge lashing from your doc!. just hope you are not applying for a government job!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep it up and in a year from now you won't even be here to worry about seeing the doctor anymore, so the blood tests are the least of your worries!. If they're screening specifically for illicit drugs I'd be worried!. Lots of drugs leave your system within 24-48 hours (except marijuana) and don't show on drug screens!. Blood tests are generally for specific health problems and they don't check for drugs just for the sake of it - they've got better things to do with their time!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
