Stressed? Palpitations? Normal?!

Question: Stressed!? Palpitations!? Normal!?
When i get stressed, i get palpitations!. It feels a bit like my heart is going to beat out of my chest!. Also occurs with anxiety and when i'm scared!.
I am 16!.
I have a family history of palpitations, but no family history of heart disease, heart attack etc!.
Is it normal to be having palpitations at 16!? They only last from a few seconds - 30 seconds at the most!.
They go when i take deep breaths!.

My normal heart rate is about 80-90bpm!.

Thanks :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Allot of people get heart palpitations, some with heart murmurs, anxiety sufferers, stress, angina attacks, with all heart worries or concerns is best to be checked out by your doctor, it doesn't matter how old you are it should always be checked!.!.!.!.!.take careWww@Answer-Health@Com
