Question: HELP! my eye is RED and itchy and a lil warm feeling!.!?
but my vision seems pretty normal!. I dont want to over-use visine, so I've been using chilled saline (contact lens) solution as a vaso-constrictor!.
My question is, IF i do have conjuctivitis, will this cold water wash work as a treatment!? I am avoiding touching my eye with ym hands, but I do wear contacts during the day!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree!. This does sound like Pink Eye!. One morning I woke up out of nowhere and my left eye was a little itchy, bloodshot (red), and crusted together (gross I know)!. I had my mother look at it and she told me that it looked like pink eye!. They took me to the doctor and prescribed some medicine to rub in it that didn't burn etc!. It was gone in a couple of days!. Whether or not it's pink eye or not, you should definitely get it checked out if it doesn't go away!. Keep hands away from eyes and do not come in contact with anyone until symptoms go away!. Sounds like Pink eye to me!.The only way to know for sure if it is this is go to the Dr and then if it is this he will give you some prescription eye drops!.This is very contagious until you use the eye drops for 24 hrs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sounds like Pink eye docs have medicine for that or you could go to a drug store and ask if they have anything that could help it!:)Www@Answer-Health@Com
