This is in no way scientific!.!.!. this is merely a logical take on your situation!.
I've never experienced anorexia 1st hand, so I am not certain as to what harm is done with the lack of nutrients and such!.!.!. but alot of what you need to be looking at is the Height to Weight ratio of the average man/woman that fits you!.

This will help you as you continue gaining weight, to an average amount!. Being a little less than average is not a bad thing, but you should want to stay around the average weight of your body type!.

This chart will also help you AS A GUIDE!. Not a standard practice!. Your

In the minor research that I have done since reading your question would point to you will start to gain weight and probably feel bloated for a while, as your body is beginning to get used to all the different foods and gases produced, and your weight should taper off at your normal person of your size!.

For Example!.!.!.!.!. a 6' Male with a medium frame should weigh around 150-170lbs!. That is the average weight of a 6'0 male!.
As long as you eat sensibly (2,000 calories/day) you should gain weight until you reach your average and you should stay there until you either diet MORE or eat at mcdonalds a few too many times and gain a little weight!. Neither are bad in moderation!.

Good Luck, I hope that this helps some!? Congratulations on your recovery thus far! Keep it up!Www@Answer-Health@Com
