hey! kiddo,

well first of all you have to eat very healthy and stay away from fast food, sugary stuff, greasy, and prosessed foods!.

since you are 14 you still have some time to get taller!. try playing basketball, swimming and any sport that has stretching in it will work very well to help you get taller!.

and dont over do anything ok!. what is important, is to be healthy *:o)
good luck!!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

That will all depend on factors such as heredity and metabolism!. Look around at your family!. Are they all very tall or short!? Are they thin or heavy!?

Honestly, overeating isn't healthy for you, even if it doesn't cause you to become obese!. High blood pressure and diabetes are running rampant in this country, and most of it has to do with our unhealthy view of food!. And I don't think it can actually make you grow taller!.!.!.your body will tell itself when to stop growing!. You could be 5'2" for several years and then seemingly "shoot up" out of nowhere, or you could stay at 5' 2" forever!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should continue to grow until around 18yrs old!. Only a smart diet, good exercise and some tall DNA can really do much!. Good strong bones (source of calcium) and some protein such as red meat- fibre and wholegrains stimulate growth cells!. So use this and grow taller not wider!. Its not the amount so much, but the fuel your putting in the tank!Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah of course eating will make u fat!.
And how tall u will be is predetermined in your genes!. Ask your relatives how tall they were at ur age and how tall they r now!.!. that should give u a good guess as to if u will reach 5'6!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
