Feeling so down and no energy?!


Question: Feeling so down and no energy!?
ok lately i have not felt like myself!. i dont really know what it is but here it goes i have a job which i dont really enjoy i have my family far way from me and practicly have to work long hours in order to survive i feel so tierd at the end of the day i have no energy to even make my bed or actually cook a real meal for days!! i feel as if i was so so old and yet im only 21!. i feel like nothing really makes me happy and i feel like at times i just want to stay asleep for days without waking up i dont think its depression or anything like that but god i always think of money cause im always living paycheck to paycheck i stay with m y b/f who is in cop accademy and can only work for a couple of hours a week so doesnt make enough!. i dont mind much but i feel as if my checks fly by what can i do to boost my attitudeWww@Answer-Health@Com

I feel that way sometimes too!. It is called "stress" honey!. We all have to deal with it!. if it is is really bringing you down, then go see a psychiatrist or go to a doctor for some prescription meds!. Or you can try yoga!.

you're just stressed, is what it is!. try doing calming and relaxing things that dont cost money or whatever!. try to work on your schedule a bit to see how you can make it work better!. do things like yoga, or a nice bath or something!. and if your boyfriend doesn't work that many hours why don't you make him cook you dinner!? you just need to stop and take a breath, and do everything slowly and calmly, and think happy thoughts!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Probably you are lack of nutrition and you don't have a healthy lifestyle!. Take some omega fish oil!. It you help you on your emotion!.

Hey I feel you pain b/c I've been there and I'm only 19!. I use to live paycheck to paycheck too!. I have some personal advice for you!.

1!. What you can do is list all the things you usually purchase such as food, movies, going out activities, clothes, bills etc!. Cross out all the things you don't need and you will save some money!. Try buying wholesale food from Costco (they give coupons), use coupons, and take advantage of sales!. This will hopefully leave you with some money leftover!.

2!. Drink some coffee in the morning if your tired!. I do this almost every other day b/c I wake up feeling tired!. You can also do a 30 minute walk/jog in the morning to feel good throughout the day!.

3!. Not happy!? Go to a local park sit down and watch the scenery!. You will at least feel relaxed!.

4!. And if you certainly can not continue on with life the way it is!.!.
Move back with your parents!. That is one of the best decisions I've made as college student!. No regrets!.
