Oh!.!.!.Lord!.!.!.there have been BOOKS written on the subject, honey!.!.!.!.!.I can suggest some crossword-puzzles to you!.!.!.!.and just practice to memorize by reading the newspaper-articles, etc!. It's such a broad field!.!.!.
I am forgetful at times as well and have to write down certain things, which I may NOT forget!.!.!.But that's the way it is, when one gets "older"!.!.!.-smile-
